We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

  • All in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping

  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s transit times.
  • Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, MIERU is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships.
  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping fee before they can be reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • MIERU is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
  • If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us directly to file a claim.

International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
