How many inseams do you offer?

There are 2 different inseams currently available! For the ladies that are 5'8-5'11 we recommend the long inseam, and for ladies 6'0-6'4 we recommend the   X-long inseams. This is just a suggestion. Please verify your inseam length before placing your order.

How do I measure my inseam?

You may use a measuring tape, start at your inner thigh (right below the crotch) and measure a little past past your feet to account for when you're wearing shoes as well. 

How long does shipping take?

Items that are pre-made are shipped within 1-2  business days.

What's the return policy?

At this time, all sales are final. In the off chance that you receive a defective or the wrong item, please let us know immediately so we can fix it! Please double check your inseam to avoid ordering a size that does not fit properly.

IF ANY CUSTOMS CHARGES INCUR, THEY WILL BE PAYABLE BY THE CUSTOMER AND WILL NOT BE COVERED BY US.

Why was my order canceled after I placed it?

We follow strict fraud prevention guidelines to fight against high risk orders & chargebacks. If fraudulent activity is detected, it will be flagged and canceled immediately.

I forgot to apply my discount code— can I cancel and replace the order with the promo code?

If you forgot your discount code at checkout, please use it towards your next order!

Can I update my shipping package after my order has been placed?

In the effort to get orders out quickly, we are unable to modify shipping addresses.

How do I track my package?

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail via the carrier's website or click the tracking number link in the shipment email you received. 

Shipping Policy Update:

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.

My package says delivered, but I never received it.

Please check all areas close to the shipping address. If your package still isn't found, please contact USPS or UPS for further assistance. We can not offer refunds for lost packages until a claim is processed.
